There once was a gecko named Sir Spot — yes, sir — who didn’t just want a tank.
He wanted presence. A corner that spoke his language: bold, leafy, slightly eccentric.
So I designed it.
The wallpaper? A botanical riot. Peach flowers, graphic bugs, unapologetic greens. It doesn’t whisper nature — it screams curated wilderness.
The tank? Matte black. Sleek. Raised like a sculpture. Not too tall, not too shy. Just enough to say “I live well.”
Inside: warm sand, textured wood, tropical leaves that never fade. Sir Spot doesn’t walk — he glides over his driftwood throne like a lizard on a luxury runway.
Above him? Art. Obviously. A framed tribute to his species and a floating shelf that holds the essentials: food, foliage, and taste. Because in this house, even the snacks have a sense of style.
This isn’t decor. It’s a habitat with attitude.
And Sir Spot? He doesn’t blink.
He knows this wall is his kingdom.

1. Think Jungle, not Jail.
No reptile wants to live in a bland glass box with two sticks and a prayer. Give a world worth exploring. branches, rocks, safe plants, so they can rule their own micro-jungle.
2. Zones, baby, zones.
Divide the habitat like you’re styling a chic studio apartment: a chill zone, a hide zone, a hunt zone. Tuck a cozy cave in one corner, a climbing branch in the other, and leave an open spot for basking. Reptiles have moods, too — give them options.
3. Switch it up.
Reptiles get bored, trust me. Swap out plants, rotate the driftwood, move the rocks every few weeks. Watch them strut around like it’s a brand-new penthouse.
4. Don´t overdo it
Yeah, enrichment is king — but clutter is tragic. Your reptile needs space to flex, climb, and move with style. Edit the habitat like a pro designer: if it feels cramped, pull something out. Negative space is your bestie.
